Located at 1842 Interstate 10 Frontage Road, Seguin, TX 78155, and 122 Lettau Avenue, Seguin, TX 78155, our facilities have grown by an impressive 78,900 gross rentable square feet, providing a diverse range of storage solutions to meet our customers’ needs.
The expansion at 1842 I-10 includes:
- 18,200 square feet of climate-controlled units, offering 128 units for those seeking temperature-regulated storage.
- 7,000 square feet of drive-up units, ensuring convenient access for easy loading and unloading.
- 30,200 square feet of enclosed RV storage, with 50 spacious units tailored for recreational vehicle enthusiasts.
The expansion at 122 Lettau Avenue includes:
- 17,400 square feet of drive-up expansion – or 79 additional units, bringing the total to 421 units.
