Andover Properties (dba Storage King USA) has recently acquired “Alameda Storage”, located in Denver, CO. The facility is located on Alameda Avenue, which sees a traffic count of over 37,000 vehicles per day, and totals 74,000 NRSF.
“We are excited to acquire our second asset in Denver, a market in which we have done very well,” said Brian Cohen, Andover’s President and CEO. “This property presented a highly attractive investment opportunity for us given the area’s high population density and continued growth, the operational upside as a result of non-institutional prior ownership, and our ability to acquire the asset at a compelling basis.”
The Storage King USA portfolio now totals 129 facilities in 16 states across the country.
