He had a couple of customers to attend to but still gave us great service and made sure we were able to get into our unit. Which I have gone several times and the units are clean and in great condition! He took time to explain everything and also to show me where the unit was, etc. On the other hand the main number I called and spoke to a woman and I wrote her name down, but lost that paper. She gave a lot of wrong information, like sale price, 5 x 9 etc. I was very disappointed that info was wrong. I would probably have gone elsewhere but was on a tight schedule and Jerry was so super.
