We moved from Tennessee to Texas and needed a large storage unit and a secure place for our 3rd car while we lived in temporary housing. We ended up adding a second storage unit. I was there one day to see the bug man spraying, and we never saw evidence of bugs. We also noticed the many rodent traps, and saw no evidence of any activity. The facility felt secure. They obviously routinely inspect the premises as they contacted me within 2 days of me moving my car, and the same period for notifying me when I incorrectly locked one of the storage units. A very well managed operation!

Faith, the property manager, was fantastic and made my initial experience extremely smooth. The amount of information she was able to give me off the top of her head during the sign-up process was impressive, to say the least. She knows her stuff, and the fact that the indoor, climate controlled access hours don't change on holidays is very convenient. So far based on my experience there are only two possible reasons a person wouldn't want a unit here; someone that wants 24 hour access (not an issue for me), or someone that wants to be able to drive up directly to their unit (also not an issue for me, they provide large dolly's to make transporting belongings convenient).

The interior is clean and the ac is pumping. Most of the carts/dollies I used rolled really well. They have a double door entry system that will not allow you to enter if the other door is open. Which is somewhat cool and somewhat very annoying. All in all it seems like a great storage space. Caveat: I havent done business here.
