The property is very well maintained and is constantly kept clean. But do not mistake Sue's niceness for a weakness. She always does what needs to be done to make her facility and renters safe. Overall Sue has provided the best customer service person like me could ask for. The building itself is clean on a consistent basis and meets the needs of storage that I seek. It means a lot that even Sue knows me by name and it shows how much value and effort is being put into the job and that shines through. Times are tough we have bad days and we have good days but overall it's customer service like this that keeps me as a loyal customer and simply the respect and understanding that is not one way but a two-way understanding and being treated as a human being. Sue is fantastic! Always so helpful and kind! I rented a 10x10 unit here for a little over a year and half and my experience couldn't have been better! The building is clean and very well secured. I was on the lower level and had conveinant access to my unit with the elevator. The loading zones in each side of the building was very helpful too. There are also carts you can borrow from the front office to move items in and out of your unit. I would absolutely recommend this storage facility. The prices are great and the security of the facility is nice. If I need a storage unit in the future I will definitely make sure to utilize this Storage King location. Also when we moved out we had an accident with a glass piece that had been dropped while attempting to load it in our vehicle. We were quickly assisted in cleaning it up and she was so kind and understanding. Hands down such wonderful customer service!
